Do you watch Martha’s Sewing Room on PBS? Don’t judge me. In between the quilting and embroidery and stuff I don’t do (yet), she gives great garment sewing tips.

For example: Did you know that small-busted people should press their darts down, while full-busted people should press them up? Bonus! The wool side of the ham is for wool and silk and the cotton duck end handles everything else. Something about breathability and the iron’s steam.

Okay, you probably knew all that, but good old Martha (and her guest, Nancy Cutterman) surprised me. Onward through the DVR backlog!
